Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and providing solutions. Escalate complex problems to the relevant departments for resolution. Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details. Collect customer feedback to support process improvement efforts, while also monitoring RSS feeds and tracking marketplace performance. Your Profile:
