Experteer Overview

As Industrial Controller at our Monza site, you will drive financial planning and cost control for manufacturing. You will partner with site leadership to optimize working capital, costing, and performance analytics, enabling margin growth in a high‑quality pharmaceuticals environment. You will own the Product Costing cycle in SAP and support digitalization of finance processes. This role combines hands‑on FP&A; with cross‑functional collaboration to shape site performance and strategic initiatives. Your work directly supports the site’s annual plan and monthly reviews, delivering actionable insights.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Support Annual Operational Plan and monthly forecasts focusing on material costs, payroll/headcount and operating expenses
- Monitor and analyze actual manufacturing cost variances versus AOP and Forecast
- Analyze monthly labor cost variance drivers against AOP and Forecast
- Lead the annual Product Costing cycle in SAP




- Monitor inventory levels and drive optimization initiatives to improve working capital
- Perform monthly inventory obsolescence analysis
- Act as finance reference for the annual physical inventory count
- Support monthly business reviews and discussions with site leadership
- Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and lead finance‑driven projects related to area of responsibility
- Support simplification and digitization of financial processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor xysqume in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 5+ years of relevant Finance experience (pharmaceutical sector is a plus)
- Proven experience in controlling / FP&A; within a manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, Workforce Planning tools, and Microsoft Office / PowerBI
- Fluency in English
- Strong ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive mindset, with strong curiosity and interest in the business
