Experteer Overview

In this role, you will develop long-term and short-term supply plans for finished products, API, and bulk to balance demand with production and inventory. You'll align with suppliers and internal teams to ensure continuity of supply and organizational alignment. You'll monitor stock, manage orders with CMOs, and contribute to S&OP; processes while leveraging data to drive performance. This position offers the chance to influence lifecycle management and timely product launches in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Short and long-term supply planning to meet demand and production needs
- Monitor and optimize stock levels across headquarters warehouses to minimize stockouts and overstock
- Follow up on open orders and update orders with CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization)
- S&OP; coordination with suppliers/CMO




- Collaborate with Artwork, Regulatory Affairs, and Technology Transfer for product lifecycle and launches
- Support supply chain performance monitoring through data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking

Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related xysqume field
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a supply planning role or related area
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Pharma experience is advantageous
