How You'll Make a Difference
As a Junior Consultant within Impacta Strategy's Digital Practice, you will contribute to digital transformation projects that help organizations leverage AI, data, automation, and digital technologies to create tangible business value. Working alongside experienced consultants and clients, you will combine analytical thinking with digital capabilities to address complex business challenges.
Throughout each project, you will support the design of AI and automation initiatives, analyze business processes and data, identify high‐value digital use cases, and help translate technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations. You will also contribute to the development of dashboards, prototypes, and other practical tools that support client decision‐making and implementation.
