Experteer Overview As a Senior Operations Controller, you will partner with Operations to drive manufacturing performance, efficiency, and cost optimization through rigorous financial control. You'll own costing, budgeting, and investment evaluation to align industrial results with group targets. Your analytical mindset will translate data into actionable insights that support Lean and WCM initiatives. This role offers exposure to cross‐functional teams and a chance to influence plant‐level financial discipline at scale.
Retribuzione / Benefits Oversee product cost structures (Direct Material, Direct Labor, Overheads) and support cost deployment and continuous improvement
Lead variance analysis (price, usage, mix, efficiency, absorption) with root‐cause actions for Operations and Supply Chain
Coordinate annual budget, monthly forecasts, and strategic plans for industrial areas ensuring plant alignment with Group Finance




Support Capex evaluation and post‐implementation reviews (ROI, payback, IRR) in line with financial policies
Collaborate with Plant Managers, Production, Engineering, and Procurement to drive data‐driven decisions and cost optimization via Lean/WCM initiatives
Responsabilità Master Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Industrial Management
3‐7+ years in industrial/operations controlling within manufacturing
Strong expertise in standard costing, variance analysis, cost allocation, and production KPIs
Advanced knowledge of SAP CO / FI and Excel (Power Query, Pivot, Macros)
Excellent communication and business‐partnering skills with Operations and Plant leadership
Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights
