OverviewFor a prominent client and a leader in its sector, belonging to a large multinational group we are seeking an experienced Embedded Software and Firmware Engineer who will be instrumental in the design, development, and integration of embedded systems for our next-generation ATE product. This is a strategic role that requires technical expertise, hands-on experience in low-level software development, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including hardware, systems, and applications engineers.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain embedded software for custom hardware platforms used in ATE systems.Write and optimize low-level firmware (device drivers, real-time OS components, communication protocols,



etc.).Collaborate with hardware engineers to define hardware-software interfaces and ensure seamless integration.Participate in system-level design reviews and contribute to architecture decisions.Debug complex issues involving hardware and software interactions using lab instruments and diagnostic tools.Ensure software meets high standards of reliability, performance, and maintainability.Contribute to product documentation.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering (preferred Embedded Systems) or related field.3 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development in C/C++.Proven experience developing software for microcontrollers, SoCs, FPGAs, or similar embedded platforms.Solid understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and multithreaded programming.Experience with debugging tools: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.Comfortable working with schematics, datasheets, and collaborating with hardware teams.Good English knowledge (B1 or higher).Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of FPGA interfacing, VHDL-based design, and/or STM32 uC (H7 dual core), STM32CubeIDE, EtherCAT, Eclipse Zenoh, Linux Embedded, YOCTO, FreeRTOS.What We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a high
