We are looking for a Business&Technology; Innovation Consultant for the Centre of Excellence of the Digital Customer eXperience Unit You will be part of a powerful network to design service offerings tailored to different market sectors and participate to a broad network of experts to drive innovation within our key clients and prospects, participating to the design of cutting edge solutions based on multiple platforms to help our client evolve their business **Skills** We are looking for a Business&Technology; Innovation Consultant. The role will have a strong focus on the PreSales activities and will work on: - Relationship with our client, proposing solutions aligned with business priorities and customer technology landscape
- Support leadership team in PreSales activities and the delivery team, participating to design phase and governance meetings
- Co-operate with our Vendors and Partners
- 4+ years of experience
- Background on CRM and Marketing business and tech strategy
- Experience in Business and Technology Transformation programs, business requirements design, deal shaping
- Nice to have: knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft, Adobe technologies
