- The Integration manager reporting directly to the Chief Strategy and Sustainable Development Officer, will support the relevant manager in performing all activities to the coordination for integration.ACTIVITIES
1. End to end management of corporate acquisition transactions, from scouting and selection of potential targets to contract negotiations;
2. Preparation of process documents, related reviews and presentations;
3.



Relationship management with all internal and external stakeholders involved in transactions;
4. Development of Business Plans to support operations (evaluation, financing, etc.);
5. Contribute to the identification and eventual acquisition of new trends and emerging technologies useful for gaining a competitive advantage in the target market.- REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications, education, training
Bachelor's degree in engineering management/economics
Excellent knowledge of excel
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English language
Leadership Skills (Max 3)
Excellent critical thinking skills

Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
