We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Contract Coordinator to support our growing team. If you’re passionate about healthcare, thrive in a structured environment, and enjoy working cross-functionally, this could be your next great opportunity /p h3Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor and analyse tender alerts to identify opportunities aligned with Merit Medical’s product portfolio. /li liPrepare and submit compelling, compliant tender applications via web portals or email. /li liCollaborate with Sales to develop pricing strategies and ensure timely, accurate submissions. /li liSubmit awarded tenders in our Oracle system and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations. /li liMaintain e-catalogues and product classifications up to date and accurate. /li liAnalyse contract awards and performance metrics, including price adjustments and usage trends. /li liCollaborate with Regulatory, Legal, and HR teams to ensure complete and compliant submissions. /li liProactively inform Sales of upcoming tender renewals to support timely customer engagement.
