With more than 10,000 professionals across 40+ offices worldwide, we provide solutions combining trading and workflow automation, market data, and advanced business intelligence. /p pOur Graduate Development Program is a three-year journey designed for recent graduates who look beyond the obvious, challenge existing processes, and are driven to automate and reinvent the way things work. /p pThe program is structured into 4 progressive phases, each with distinct learning objectives. Tasks evolve according to your abilities and interests, ensuring the experience is as individual as you are. /p pFrom day one, you join ION on a full‑time permanent contract, carry real accountability on live projects, and be paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 pAcross phases, you will become the owner of full data transformation and reporting pipelines, working at the intersection of business processes and technology. Your work will include: /p ul liInteracting with business and process owners to understand data sources, reconstruct their semantics, and assess their value /li liPerforming exploratory data analysis, reverse engineering,
and building multidimensional BI models as a single source of truth /li liAutomating data extraction, cleaning, transformation, enrichment, and standardization to feed central Data Hubs /li liImplementing automated reporting across multiple channels — Power BI dashboards, programmatic PowerPoint generation, and custom web UIs /li liManaging and maintaining operational data pipelines end-to‑end /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liMaster's degree in a STEM discipline — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record /li liSolid command of Python and SQL for data analysis; familiarity with statistical concepts and time series analysis is a plus /li liStrong communicator, collaborative by nature, and fluent in both English (B2+) and Italian /li liBased in Italy or willing to relocate; non‑EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 pPower BI, Databricks or Apache Spark, DBMS / NoSQL, Scala, Postegres / Esatic. /p h3Gross Salary Range /h3 p34.000 - 38.000 EUR /p pPursuant to Italian Law (L.68/99), candidates registered on the disability list will be given priority. /p pOnly candidates meeting the selection criteria will be contacted. /p pPlease apply only if you currently hold full legal right to work in Italy. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
