Experteer Overview In this role you drive HR projects from idea to delivery, ensuring plans are well-structured and resources are aligned with budgets. You work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives support organizational objectives. You manage change, assess risks, and build analytics to track transformation impact and people engagement. This position combines HR expertise with strong project management to shape and optimize HR processes and technologies. You will lead collaboration across IT and HR to secure buy‐in and successful adoption of new structures.
Retribuzione / Benefits Coordinate cross-functional HR projects and initiatives
Develop and manage HR project plans from conception to completion
Coordinate the selection and development activities of the resources involved in the projects
Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR projects with organizational objectives
Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, IT,



and HR teams to ensure buy‐in and effective adoption of new structures
Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new HR processes and technologies
Create and implement comprehensive change management plans, assessing organizational readiness and managing stakeholder engagement
Develop and monitor analytics dashboards to track transformation success, employee engagement, and workforce performance
Animate the projects, both from internal communication and motivational events
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HR experience with management experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
