Experteer Overview In this role you bridge clients and the software team to translate needs into actionable tech requirements. You craft clear functional analyses, write User Stories, and ensure outputs meet specifications, while guiding UATs and non-regression tests. You'll deeply understand the product and support the sales team in presenting solutions. The position blends client-facing collaboration with hands‐on analysis in a hybrid, growth-focused FinTech environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Collect development requirements from the client
Draft functional analysis documents for the development team
Verify that deliverables align with analyses
Write User Stories
Oversee and manage User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and Non-Regression Tests




Understand the product and assist the sales team in presenting solutions
Responsabilità 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in consulting or medium/large software companies, preferably in financial/banking sectors
Proven experience writing functional analysis documents
Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Curiosity and proactive learning attitude with strong analytical thinking
Proficiency in Italian
