ph3Role Description /h3 pThe electromechanical maintenance technician performs electrical (including PLC-assisted) and mechanical maintenance operations and interventions. This person will be part of the maintenance team and will be responsible for the routine, extraordinary, and preventative maintenance of industrial systems, with a particular focus on electronics. He will collaborate with the team to ensure the proper functioning of production lines, responding promptly in the event of faults and applying tools for problem definition (5Ws), analysis (Ishikawa or the 5 Whys), and resolution. /p pUpon completion of the intervention, they will prepare a technical report using the company's maintenance software. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform routine electrical and electromechanical maintenance on industrial systems and machinery /li liParticipate in extraordinary maintenance activities; /li liDiagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults, including using PLCs /li liPerform troubleshooting and restore production lines to working order /li liPerform tests and checks to ensure repaired equipment is functioning properly; /li liCollaborates with any external contractors; /li liCollaborates with the team to implement improvement solutions /li liCompiles technical documentation relating to the work performed /li liEnsures compliance with safety regulations /li liAnalyzes faults with a view to problem resolution and prevention; /li liMonitors the management of work on the company's CMMS IT system. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical diploma (preferably electrical, electronic, or mechatronic)



/li liPrevious experience as an electromechanical maintenance technician in industrial settings /li liExcellent knowledge of industrial electrical systems /li liPLC diagnostics skills (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or equivalent) /li liKnowledge and good use of computer packages (Office); /li liGood knowledge of English /li liAbility to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings /li liStrong problem-solving skills and operational autonomy /li liAbility to continuously learn and pursue professional growth /li liAvailability to work shifts and/or on call /li liAdherence to and compliance with safety regulations; /li liOrganizational skills and good time management; /li liAbility to analyze and methodically manage problems /li liAble to interact at all levels with internal and external stakeholders. /li /ul pJoining the Stanley Black Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
