ppWould you like to start a new professional adventure as a bProduct Owner – Contact Center /b in one of our opportunities in the bDigital Transformation Customer Experience /b industry in bMilan /b? /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the main interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT initiatives. /li liCollect, analyze and translate business requirements into clear product priorities and actionable tasks. /li liManage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring continuous delivery of value. /li liCoordinate and orchestrate different stakeholders involved in Contact Center initiatives. /li liSupport the evolution and optimization of Genesys-based Contact Center solutions. /li liFacilitate communication between business teams, development teams and external stakeholders. /li liMonitor initiatives’ progress, identify potential risks and support mitigation actions. /li liContribute to Agile ceremonies and promote effective collaboration across teams. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in IT, Business, Engineering or equivalent professional experience. /li liAt least b5 years of experience /b as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar role within Contact Center or Customer Experience environments. /li liGood knowledge of bGenesys platforms (Genesys Cloud CX, Genesys Engage or similar Contact Center solutions) /b. /li liExperience with Agile methodologies, backlog management and stakeholder management. /li liFluent knowledge of bItalian and English (B2/C1 level) /b, both written and spoken.
