As a CRM Campaign Intern you will become part of the Customer Value Management (CVM) team and will be involved in all initiatives related to the customer base, with a focus on the management and implementation of omnichannel marketing campaigns tailored to NOW customers. Your main goal as part of the CVM team will be to increase customer engagement, reduce churn rate and overall to enhance the value of the customer base. Main Activities:
- Define targets and create audiences using mParticle;- Assist the team in creating automated customer journeys;- Support the team with data collecting of campaign results, using different platforms (Braze,



Tableau);- Conducting competitive research on the OTT market;- Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill campaign requests and strategic objectives. Qualifications- Degree in Economics, Digital Marketing, Management/Management Engineering- Fluent in English, written and spoken- Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint- Proactivity and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment- Willingness to learn how to use CRM and campaign tools- Keen interest in Marketing Technology (MarTech) If you are passionate about digital marketing and you want to increase your skills in an innovative environment, NOW is the right place for you.
