**POSITION INFORMATION**
- Datalogic is looking for an Operations ICT Business Analyst to join our Corporate ICT Department in our HQ in Lippo di Calderara (BO).**ROLE MISSION**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand the business, goals, and challenges to suggest technical solutions & services
- Perform detailed data gathering and analysis to formulate recommendations, contribute to define the ICT company future state, and develop strategic plans to achieve the internal client’s specific process improvement objectives.
- Define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and work with the internal customer and vendors to ensure proper translation of business requirements to ICT solution requirements.
- Orchestrate implementation of technical action items across SAP landscapes
- Conduct analysis on processes and configure, develop and test tools in the specific area of competence.
- Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS** Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Management Engineering
Languages: Fluent English; written and verbal communication
Experience: SAP PP/QM - SAP MES and/or experience in Manufacturing Applications.**OTHER INFORMATION & SPECIFIC SKILLS**
- ITIL Standard.
