Location: Italy – 38,200 EUR gross annually.
Key Responsibilities Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
Analyse and implement corrective actions to keep quality and productivity consistently high and meet business objectives across all shifts.
Support and lead a team, handle administrative work, and build a strong team culture.
Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service.
Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
A Day in the Life You'll work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site. You will monitor and maintain process efficiency, prioritise routine team management and daily operational tasks, and handle escalations,



process improvement work, and wide‐scale operational contingency planning. Working closely with colleagues in other teams and external partners helps keep us on track to meet customer demands and targets. This involves analysing data and performance metrics and discussing operational and technical improvements with engineers.
Basic Qualifications Completed university degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and the local language.
Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
Experience working in a logistical environment.
Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
Preferred Qualifications Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
