Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will steer the global market direction for the Food Retail & Refrigeration segment within Danfoss, shaping strategy across regions. You will lead a segment marketing team, partnering with Sales and Product to define value propositions, pricing, and growth initiatives. You will translate market insights into opportunities, influence product decisions, and guide New Product Development. This position offers global scope, cross-functional exposure, and a path to influence a critical growth area in a complex, international environment.
Benefits Lead global market understanding for the Food Retail & Refrigeration segment and translate insights into growth opportunities
Define regional segment strategies including positioning, value proposition, and pricing with Sales and Product Alignment
Support Sales teams (KAMs and Sales Drivers) to enable pipeline development and new business opportunities
Influence product strategy and portfolio decisions aligning market needs with profitability and evolution
Lead input and definition of New Product Development (NPD) and future portfolio shaping for CC
Manage cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Marketing in a matrix organization
Provide leadership to Segment Marketing Managers and ensure alignment and execution of the segment strategy
Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and drive prioritization in a global context
Foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture and advocate for internal development and growth
Responsibilities Master's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or HVAC Engineering
Strong analytical and business mindset with ability to translate technical insights into commercial decisions
Proven experience in complex, cross-functional and international environments with project and stakeholder management
Excellent English proficiency; HVAC/R or refrigeration industry experience; B2B marketing exposure
Familiarity with OEM ecosystems and distr
