- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Curiosity and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eager to learn about marketing and lead generation, business development (previous knowledge is a plus, but not required!). YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and target new business opportunities in our key industries (Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Automotive).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and build relationships with potential clients.




- Assist in tracking and managing leads in our CRM system.
- Support the team in organizing and attending business development events. FOR YOU
