Above all, it’s an unforgettable resort in Sicily where our team delivers an outstanding level of service. **The Position** **Main duties & responsibilities**: - Support the Golf Sales & Marketing manager activities like appointments, filing important documents and communicating relevant information;
- Handle the processing of all inquiries with accuracy and timeliness including follow ups;
- Assist the Golf Sales & Marketing Manager with the preparation of contracts, proposals and addendums and tracks the completion status;
- Answer clients / bookers questions about property facilities/services;
- Handle reservations for golf travel agents/press and VIP clients;
- Ensure that all arrangements, including upgrades and amenities, are handled properly;
- Ensure the accuracy of sales and marketing materials, in collaborations with the Centre;
- Maintain guest profiles, contacts and additional necessary records used in the Sales & marketing PMS;
- Conduct site inspections of the resort and golf facilities with TA/TO and press;
- Assist the Golf Sales team with their travel arrangement for sales trips and tradeshows attendance;
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events;
- Meet with clients in the absence of the Golf Sales & Marketing manager to effectively and professionally convey details of the property;
- Assist the Golf Sales & Marketing manager with sales & marketing activities with key tour operators;
- Work with the Marketing Team to ensure the Website is relevant. **Competencies**: - Costumer focus;
