pstrong Purpose of the role /strongp In a context of international integration following the entry into the Harvest Group, the candidate will be in charge of the accounting and financial activities. /pp Il suo CV è pronto? Se sì, e se è convinto/a che questo sia il ruolo giusto per lei, si candidi il prima possibile. brpstrong Main missions and responsibilities /strong /pulli General Ledger Management: ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of the General Ledger to guarantee full compliance with Group reporting deadlines. /lili Invoicing receivables /payables: manage the invoicing process, including the issuance and booking of revenue invoices, posting of expense invoices, processing of payments, and monitoring accounts receivable/payable aging reports. /lili Treasury Cash Management: oversee daily treasury activities, monitor collections, and perform monthly bank reconciliations. /lili Reconciliations Variance Analysis: Perform monthly reconciliations (including intercompany balances) and ensure a clear understanding and analysis of key Profit Loss and Balance Sheet items. /lili Tax Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local accounting standards, internal policies, and tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of monthly VAT and other declarations (i.e. F24, CU etc.).



/lili Statutory Audit Advisory Support: Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and financial consultants. /lili Financial Reporting Closures: Execute monthly and year-end closing activities; prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. /lili Support in the preparation of the monthly Managerial reporting to be presented to the Shareholders. /li /ul pstrong Key skills for success /strong /ppstrong Education: /strong Degree in Economics /ppstrong Technical skills: /strong /pulli3+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, gained within a Big Four firm and/or an international corporate environment. xrdbqlu /lili Accounting principles knowledge /lili Proficiency in Microsoft Excel /lili Fluency in English (written and spoken) /lili Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus). /li /ul pstrong Behavioral skills: /strong /pulli Strong analytical and problem solving skills /lili Proactive and result-driven, able to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines /lili High level of accuracy and attention to detail /li /ul /p /p
