Armani Hotel Milan, 5 stars luxury hotel located in the heart of the famous Milan fashion district, is looking for a Junior Bartender to join our Food & Beverage Department at Armani/Bamboo Bar. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Armani Hotel Standards.
- Service and take orders from guests of the Bamboo Bar offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Breakdown, clean and set-up of bar area; properly follow checklist and be able to performs all aspects of opening and closing duties.




- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors; understand Armani Hotel style, practices, culture, terminology, and general philosophy.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external guests and relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organizations. **Attend training sessions and internal meetings as and when required.** **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE**
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
- Previous experience in similar or related positions
- Excellent communication and organization skills
