Position Title

Shift Doctor – clinics in Silicy

Responsibilities

- Assist the Medical Director in patient management.
- Select appropriate dialysis method, suitable devices, and personalize treatment.
- Ensure high‑quality patient care by selecting therapy.
- Handle all medical situations and, when necessary, seek consultations or arrange patient transfers.
- Collaborate with nurses during patient dialysis sessions,



including initiation and termination of treatment.
- Conduct critical reviews of all reports or healthcare activities in the facility, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Perform necessary medical assessments for patient admissions and complete health‑related formalities.
- Prepare, maintain, and update medical records for each patient under care.

Requirements

- Medical degree.
- Professional registration.
- Knowledge of Italian language (English a plus).
