Experteer Overview

In this role you drive customer digital transformation using the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and CATIA solutions. You act as a trusted technical advisor, shaping engineering and product development workflows and demonstrating value to customers. You collaborate with sales, industry teams and partners to craft compelling solutions and support business growth. You will deliver technical demonstrations, transfer knowledge, and help customers adopt integrated CAD/PLM processes across the product lifecycle. This position combines global exposure with hands-on engineering process expertise to impact engineering efficiency and data reuse.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Advise customers on technical possibilities and transformation opportunities in engineering processes using CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE
- Demonstrate Dassault Systèmes solutions focusing on CAD design, CAD/BOM data management, and product development workflows
- Help customers understand how engineering data is created, managed, and reused across the lifecycle and its link to PLM
- Define and present technical demonstrations, prototypes, and business process models to address challenges
- Serve as a trusted consultant to improve engineering processes
- Collaborate with Dassault Systèmes sales, Industry teams, and technical experts to build proposals and choose the right solution approach
- Work with Partners and CSI (Consultant and System Integrator) to engage on specific customers
- Transfer CAD‑related processes across internal teams to support integrated solutions and value propositions
- Support pre‑sales activities (demos, workshops, technical discussions) and post‑sales initiatives (training, knowledge transfer, adoption)




- Develop expertise on new Dassault Systèmes solutions and share knowledge internally and with partners
- Manage customer activities primarily in Italy with international exposure in the EMED region

Responsabilità
- Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years in a similar technical role within Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Industrial Equipment or related industries
- Strong expertise in CATIA V5 Mechanical Design or CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE
- Solid understanding of CAD processes, engineering data management and product development workflows
- Knowledge of CATIA verticals such as Composite or Electrical is a plus
- Experience with PLM concepts and how engineering data connects with manufacturing processes
- Experience in technical consulting, solution consulting, pre‑sales xysqume engineering or customer‑facing roles
- Ability to create technical demonstrations and explain complex engineering processes clearly
- Knowledge of process simulation and validation is a plus
- Familiarity with scripting, macros or automation processes is appreciated
- Experience in Transportation & Mobility (Automotive), Aerospace & Defence or Industrial Equipment industries is a strong advantage
- Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel mainly across Northern Italy and occasionally abroad (~20%)
