As an AR Accountant, you will join our central, multilingual shared services accounting team based in Milan. This team supports Keywords subsidiaries across various countries. The role requires a flexible approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams, including Sales across multiple regions. **This position is an urgent role.** As an AR Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in the financial operations by focusing on the following areas:
Global Invoicing
- Manage customer invoicing processes for multiple international subsidiaries
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of invoices in compliance with the local regulations and company policies Intercompany Billing
- Handle rebilling transactions between Keywords subsidiaries to ensure proper intercompany accounting and reconciliations Credit Collection
- Proactively monitor and manage accounts receivable balances




- Communicate with clients to ensure timely payment and resolve any disputes or discrepancies Month-end Close and Reconciliations
- Perform AR related tasks during the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile accounts receivable and related accounts to ensure financial accuracy Compliance and Internal Controls
- Adhere to internal audit standards, including SOX compliance, to maintain financial integrity
- Support periodic audits by proving necessary documentation and explanations **Requirements**:
Technical Skills
- Diploma in accounting and/or degree in economics
- Between 5 to 7 years of proven working experience in similar role, ideally in a shared service or multinational environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel skills and strong IT systems skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Experience with Financial Tools such as Netsuite, Coretime and Salesforce will be considered an asset Behavioural Skills
