We are looking for a **Junior Sourcing and Planning Specialist** t join the Bata Sourcing team to actively support in securing the materials and products essential for the business, ensuring they are available in the right quantities, within set timelines. The resource will contribute in optimizing sourcing processes and upholding high-quality standards, while collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and support the company’s strategic growth objectives. The resource will have the possibility to support the team in managing all documentation relating to imports, handling the loading and unloading of goods and analysing the transit time status. **KEY CHALLENGES**
- Support in the creation and management of articles in the company system,
ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
- Support in the issuing of orders and managing labelling activities, in line with company specifications
- Support in preparing and issuing letters of credit, ensuring compliance with payment procedures and international regulations
- Support in import and customs clearance operations, monitoring the process to ensure compliance with customs timelines and regulations
- Support in the collaboration of customs clearance management to facilitate the entry of goods, maintaining active communication with suppliers and relevant authorities
- Support in preparing reports and statistical analyses related to production, to support the team with up-to-date data and enable accurate monitoring of processes
- Support in the data management and communications related to corporate sustainability activities **Requisiti**: - Degree - preferably in Economics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- Good knowledge of the Office Suite, in particular Excel
- Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines
- Pursues quality in accomplishing tasks paying attention to details and verifying information
- Works well with others department and external stakeholders
- Relates well to all kinds of, up, down and sideways, inside and outside the organization **Altre informazioni**:
