We run the sales process. When we close, you earn a meaningful commission on the contract value, plus the possibility of equity participation for the right long-term fit.No base salary. No fixed hours. No reporting lines.This has already worked for us. A handful of well-placed introductions from people with the right relationships have turned directly into deals.
