With six distinctive restaurants and bars, including a rooftop Mandarin Bar with sweeping city views, the property will blend tranquil residential charm with contemporary Roman sophistication. /p h3About the job /h3 pWe are looking for a transformative Director of IT who will be responsible for shaping and nurturing a workplace culture that attracts, inspires, and supports colleagues at every stage of their journey. This role focuses on developing a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing environment that reflects the values and vision of the resort. /p h3As Director of IT, you willresponsible for the following duties: /h3 ul liDevelop and execute the property’s IT strategy, ensuring alignment with operational goals, guest experience standards, and long‑term business objectives. /li liOversee the daily operation and security of all IT systems,



including network infrastructure, servers, PMS, POS, telephony, Wi‑Fi, and guest‑facing technologies. /li liEnsure robust data protection and cybersecurity protocols are in place, continuously monitored and regularly updated to protect all sensitive information. /li liManage IT projects and system upgrades, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption. /li liProvide responsive IT support to all departments, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining operational continuity. /li liLead the IT budget planning and asset management, including procurement, software licensing, contract negotiation and cost efficiency. /li liEnsure full compliance with legal, corporate and regulatory requirements, such as data privacy laws (e.g. GDPR) and payment security standards (e.g. PCI‑DSS). /li liTrain and guide property teams on IT systems and digital tools, promoting user competence and digital literacy across the organisation. /li liCollaborate closely with department heads to understand their technology needs and identify digital solutions that enhance efficiency and service delivery. /li liStay updated on technology trends in hospitality, evaluating and recommending innovations that improve operations, guest experience and security. /li /ul h3As Director of IT weexpectfrom you: /h3 ul liProven experience in a senior IT leadership role,



preferably within luxury hospitality or multi‑outlet operations. /li liStrong knowledge of hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, CRM, VOIP and guest‑facing technologies. /li liExpertise in IT infrastructure, network security and data protection best practices. /li liExcellent project management skills and the ability to lead complex system integrations or migrations. /li liA strategic mindset with hands‑on capabilities and a solution‑driven approach. /li liStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels and departments. /li liHigh level of discretion, reliability and commitment to confidentiality and data integrity. /li liAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment with high service expectations. /li liFluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. /li liDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field; certifications in cybersecurity or network administration are a plus. /li /ul h3Our commitment to you: /h3 ul libLearning Development. /b Your success is our success.
