Experteer Overview

As the LVS Solutions Integration Lead, you act as the global technical expert for Low Voltage System solutions and oversee integration across skids, enclosures, and e‑houses. You will drive the LVS CoE competency, standardize offerings, and manage technical interfaces with suppliers to support global projects. You’ll coordinate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to secure opportunities, while guiding risk assessments and technical decisions. This role blends global collaboration with hands‑on systems integration to shape scalable, standards‑based LVS solutions.

- Lead the LVS solutions engineering CoE to optimize processes, training, and best practices
- Drive global standardization of LVS offerings for international customers
- Standardize and monitor interfaces with global suppliers and third‑party partners
- Contribute to solutions risk management and perform technical risk assessments
- Participate in critical technical discussions and support strategic decisions
- Oversee onboarding lifecycle from offer to start date and first‑day readiness




- Provide technical consultation to sales/marketing to secure market opportunities
- Engage with global customers as the primary LVS technical contact
- Support tendering and engineering in evaluating complex customer requirements
- Collaborate with marketing/sales to gather market and competitor intelligence
- Coordinate with LVS Data Center Team and factory engineering to align standards
- Foster cross‑organizational collaboration within ABB and liaise with external suppliers

Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical xysqume Engineering
- >10 years of experience in a similar field
- Excellent English communication skills
- Expertise in switchgear products, standardization, and IEC standards
- Proficiency in GD&T; and sheet metal structural design
- Experience in e‑house or skid design
- Risk management capabilities
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience with busduct and UPS systems; knowledge of electrical system analysis is a plus
- Proficiency in additional foreign languages (desirable)
