ppJob Title /p h3Program Manager – Workflow Information Management /h3 h3Job Description /h3 pAs a Program Manager for Workflow Information Management (WIM), you will play a key role in delivering one of Philips' strategic radiology software solutions. You will lead programs that expand the product's capabilities, deliver innovative new features, and support our cloud-first strategy, helping healthcare providers vantaggi from modern, scalable workflow solutions. Working with globally distributed teams and functions, you will lead complex software development programs while ensuring predictable execution, high-quality releases, and operational excellence. /p pWe are looking for an experienced software Program Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can independently lead multiple initiatives with limited supervision. If you are passionate about delivering software that improves healthcare and creates value for customers, we'd love to hear from you. /p h3Your Role /h3 ul liLead software development projects and strategic initiatives supporting the Workflow Information Management (WIM) product roadmap. /li liOwn end-to-end program execution, including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and successful delivery. /li liManage program scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, and quality objectives. /li liLead a cross-functional team comprising Product Management, RD, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Operations, Service, and external partners to ensure predictable delivery against program commitments. /li liFacilitate planning, program reviews, milestone, gates, and executive communications. /li liProactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and elevate when appropriate to enable timely decision-making.
/li liBuild trusted partnerships with stakeholders across engineering, business, and functional organizations. /li liBalance customer needs, requirements, constraints, and business priorities to enable successful product delivery. /li liEnsure compliance with Philips Quality Management System (QMS), applicable standards and regulations, and software development processes. /li liDrive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, program execution, delivery predictability, and operational efficiency. /li liLeverage AI and digital productivity tools to improve planning, execution and status reporting. /li /ul h3You're a Right Fit If /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in software project management, program management, or a related field. /li liProven experience leading cross-functional software development projects or programs throughout the software development lifecycle, from planning through commercial release. /li liDemonstrated ability to independently lead complex software programs while effectively influencing cross-functional teams. /li liExperience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities. /li liStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle, release management,
and Agile software development practices. /li liProfessional proficiency in English. /li liExperience working in regulated software development environments – an advantage /li liProject or Program Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 pDoing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards.
