We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Concierge for Borgo Santo Pietro, an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm, vineyards and wonderful gardens. The individual is passionate about hospitality with a positive attitude, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. **Main responsibilities**: - Act as a key contact for guests, creating and booking memorable experiences.
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and provide all the necessary information.
- Interact with guests and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Coordinate transportation, events, and other accommodations for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Foster a high-quality hospitality environment that leads to repeat business.
- Liaise and collaborate with other departments for a smooth communication flow.




- Fluent level of English and Italian languages is required.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role in luxury hotels is an asset.
- Previous working experience in the Tuscany area is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess computer skills.
- Knowledge of LQA standards is preferred.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
