This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to a world-class organization dedicated to making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. **Key Responsibilities**: - Coordinate the import and export of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and quality standards.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery and clearance of shipments.
- Monitor changes in international trade regulations and pharmaceutical guidelines, ensuring the company’s operations remain compliant.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement, quality assurance, and supply chain, to align import-export activities with business goals.
- Manage and optimize logistics and transportation processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.




- Address and resolve any issues related to shipping, customs clearance, or documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all import-export transactions and prepare regular reports for management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in import-export operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and pharmaceutical compliance standards (e.g., GMP, GDP).
- Proficiency in logistics management systems and trade compliance software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulously dedicated to maintaining a standard of excellence.
