Poste The PO PLM and Masterdata specialist performs a crucial role in managing and maintaining the PLM system aligned with business goals and developing data management strategies. Missions PO PLM
- Monitor, configure, and maintain the PLM system to ensure it aligns with business needs.
- Ensure system reliability and performance through regular updates and maintenance.
- Provide technical support to internal users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational problems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the PLM system with other business tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Deliver training to teams on best practices and new system updates.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- Implement customizations and software developments within the PLM system.
- Manage requirement gathering,



specification definition, and testing for developments conducted by external teams. MASTERDATA
- Develop and implement data management strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy by defining data standards and overseeing data governance policies.
- Maintain data consistency and resolve data-related issues.
- Liaise with stakeholders to align data practices with business objectives.
- Contribute to the design and optimization of data workflows.
- Train teams on proper data management practices. Profil
- Degree in economic or engineering
- Experience with specific PLM systems
- Knowledge of software development and customization.
- Familiarity with data management tools and techniques
- Fluent in english
