In this Senior Product Manager role at Empatica, you lead product strategy for medical devices in a regulated, fast-paced healthcare tech environment. You collaborate across hardware, software, data science, and clinical research to deliver high-quality experiences under constraints. You’ll translate ambiguous input into concrete plans, champion the customer, and align cross‑functional teams to ship impactful features. This is a chance to shape digital biomarkers and patient monitoring at scale while working with a global, diverse team.

- Set product strategy, prioritize features, and coordinate schedules with design and engineering to deliver high-quality experiences
- Discuss technical implementation details with engineers and manage trade‑offs between customer needs and deadlines
- Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to teams, users, and stakeholders
- Prototype and test new features and define go‑to‑market strategies
- Analyze feedback from Customer Happiness, Sales, analytics,

- Represent the voice of the customer within the team and to stakeholders
- Build tracking plans and hypotheses to question product decisions and improve metrics
- Mentor junior team members

Responsabilità
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex software at scale in fast‑paced environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills xysqume in English
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a fully‑stacked company
- Thrives in uncertainty and shields the team from it
- Natural ability to lead without authority and drive action in ambiguity, with organized, detailed execution
