**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities**: - Based in Galbiate, Italy, the Operations Controller reports directly to the Head of Corporate Controlling (solid line). Responsibilities will include the following but are not limited to: - Actual performance analyzing compared to budget and rolling forecast
- Action statement - gap to close measures
- Bill of Material (pre/post) analysis
- Support for finance dept. (month closing / variance management)
- Control and optimize business processes
- Creation and updating of the process documentation
- Setting of basic data and work preparation in PSI
- Item & Product calculation including machine Pre & Post Calculation
- Act as PSI & Business Application super user ASSMG
- Participation in definition, conception, and timely implementation of Business & ICT projects
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and securing the infrastructure including the network
- 1st level support for ICT infrastructure
- Amongst others, the Operations Controller will interact with the following stakeholders on a regular basis: - CFO, SSM Group
- Head of Controlling, SSM Group
- Plant Manager, SSM Italy **Your Qualifications**: - In terms of the performance and personal competencies required for the position, we would highlight the following: - Degree in Business Administration or Business Information (Master level)
- 3+ years’ work experience in an international manufacturing environment.



Experience acquired in a Mechanical Engineering / Capital Goods / Automotive Supply Industry Company is an asset (especially machines with small series)
- Substantiated professional experience with profit, goal and performance responsibility over a large part of the value creation chain in the technical industry in an international environment
- Solid experience in change management in production (restructuring, cost saving, etc.)
- Solid experience in Project Management (incl. agile Methods)
- Experience in planning and controlling of an international production network
