Service Sales Manager **Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products within Motion Service Division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division in Motor & Generator Area. You’ll be responsible for sales in the assigned area. Main stakeholders are End Users. You will be mainly accountable for:
-Ensuring efficient sales & marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers related to the Motors & Generator portfolio: Hydro Generator. -Manage sales target volumes, product & solutions mix. -Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market, developing also news customers. -Ensure your customers an unforgettable professional experience -Analyze different customers’ needs to offer them a customized solution -Communicating to the customers about details related to ABB’s offering and strategy. **Qualifications for the role**: - You have at least 5 years of experience working as Service Sales Specialist
- You are passionate about sales and you have the ability to establish good relationships with customers
- Availability to visit customers in Italy and South Europe at least 3 days per week
- Knowledge of Electric Motors & Generators, experience with direct market as End Users
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Office, Salesforce (plus)
- Preferred a technical diploma/degree in Engineering field (mechanical/ electrotechnical).
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English **More about us**:
