ph3MISSION /h3 /brpFor a new logistics site of an important international company operating in the Retail sector, we are looking for a Team Leader Inbound who will be responsible to provide an efficient and well-organised inbound flow from both operational and administrative perspectives. /p /brh3MAIN ACTIVITIES /h3 /brpReporting directly to the Department Manager Inbound, the candidate will: /p /brul /brliEnsure an efficient and well-organised inbound flow from both operational and administrative perspectives. /li /brliEnsure the department is staffed with the required number of employees with the appropriate qualifications and competencies. /li /brliEnsure daily execution of operational warehouse tasks. /li /brliProvide regular, timely and objective feedback to the Department Manager. /li /brliTake responsibility for daily operations in the absence of the Department Manager. /li /brliPromote employee engagement and motivation. /li /brliParticipate in continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes. /li /brliMonitor KPIs and employees' daily performance. /li /brliSet clear goals and follow up on execution. /li /brliEnsure an efficient Inbound operation. /li /brliLead inbound operations, performance management, absence meetings, employee dialogues, goal setting and vacation planning. /li /brliPrepare and update team schedules in compliance with labour legislation. /li /brliPerform additional tasks assigned by the immediate manager.



/li /brliReport relevant operational information and improvement opportunities to management. /li /br /ul /brh3SKILLS /h3 /brul /brlidegree or Diploma, preferably in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; /li /brliproven experience in managing warehouse operations; /li /brliprevious experience of at least 3 years in leading and developing warehouse teams; /li /brlistrong knowledge of inbound logistics processes and warehouse management operations; /li /brliexperience in KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and budget management; /li /brligood knowledge of IT tools and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); /li /brligood command of the English language (B1/B2). /li /br /ul /brh3ideal candidate will also demonstrate: /h3 /brul /brliexcellent organizational and problem-solving abilities; /li /brliresults-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach; /li /brlistrong communication and interpersonal skills; /li /brliability to perform effectively in fast-paced and complex operational environments. /li /br /ul /brpbLocation: /bprovince of Rovigo /p /brpCompensation package and employment terms will be aligned with the candidate's experience and qualifications. /p /brpbExpected RAL: € /b /p /brpThis vacancy is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with applicable equal opportunity legislation. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
