Role Overview
As a Systems Engineer, you’ll design, integrate, and optimize complex systems that drive the semiconductor industry forward. Your expertise in systems thinking and problem‑solving is essential as you collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop advanced solutions, write system specifications, analyze requirements, and define system architectures. You’ll conduct thorough testing, ensure seamless integration of subsystems, and identify and mitigate risks to meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

- Support system engineering projects with multidisciplinary expertise (electrical, mechanical, software, algorithms).
- Contribute to the creation of system engineering specifications and draft sections related to your technical field.
- Perform and coordinate system tests, providing feedback to product engineering, physics, algorithms, and software teams.
- Identify and troubleshoot moderately complex technical issues, including serviceability and manufacturability aspects.
- Assist system integration during assembly and final testing of new product designs.
- Ensure hardware and software designs meet market requirements and are safe, reliable, user‑friendly, and maintainable.
- Define external equipment interfaces and ensure proper documentation of system architecture.
- Provide technical support and on‑site assistance for industrial automation systems.
- Work hands‑on with tools and hardware for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze data and apply critical thinking to resolve technical challenges.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills

- Strong willingness to travel frequently.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming languages (preferred: TwinCAT – Beckhoff).
- Familiarity with industrial automation concepts and related technologies.
- Hands‑on attitude and ability to work directly with tools and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in industrial automation and drive systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and electrical schematics.
- Basic understanding of software analysis and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of high‑level programming languages (C++, C#) is a plus.
