- ZOLL provides medical devices, software and services used worldwide to diagnose and treat patients with severe cardiopulmonary and respiratory diseases. _
- The ZOLL Cardiac Management Solutions division offers a unique portfolio of innovative technologies to improve and save the lives of tens of thousands of cardiac patients worldwide._
- LifeVest is the world's first wearable defibrillator and has protected more than 1 million patients at risk of sudden cardiac death._ The sought-after figure will be placed within the Cardiac Management Solutions division - Customer Care Dept - and will be responsible for debt collection and order collection versus companies operating in the Public Administration. Specifically, the resource will be required to: - Monitor and request payments of overdue debts
- Undertake actions to ensure timely payments
- Monitor the payments receipt and record collections
- Monitor and resolve billing issues (e.g., invoice rejections)




- Arrange for any payments and refunds
- Support customers with questions/problems about accounts payable
- Backup for active billing
- Monitor receipt of orders and sending reminders
- Perform all administrative tasks related to ensuring the office efficiency **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree or diploma - administrative/economic focus
- At least 2 years of prior professional experience in accounts receivable
- Preferable experience in debt collection/orders to PAs
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Good knowledge of MS Office - particularly Excel and Power Point - and familiarity with ERP systems (Navision Microsoft Dynamics)
- Familiarity with electronic invoicing
- Assertive, respectful, friendly, team-oriented character
- Interpersonal skills of negotiation and effective dispute management Flexibility, organization and attent
