Loxone is the European brand leader in the world of building automation and smart homes and is expanding globally. We are looking for marketers to direct and oversee the expansion of the Loxone brand throughout Italy. You will design, implement and monitor effective digital marketing strategies that elevate Loxone to become a leading automation brand in the Italian market.
We aim to build an extensive network of installation partners within the next two years (electrical contractors, system integration companies, hvac contractors). As an online marketing manager you will be responsible to raise brand awareness and generate high quality leads to achieve this goal. If you are successfull in building a team you can become a Manager who is also responsible for the sucess of the whole team. We are a new breed of company, we won’t do the traditional trade shows, in-person sales teams and paid magazine ads. We are opting to utilize digital tools to drive our business. A successful applicant requires a profound understanding of digital marketing tools. Your onboarding will take place in our European headquarters at Loxone Campus.
We offer you to stay 4 weeks at headquarters for a compreensive training on our products and marketing strategy. Key Tasks
- Develop and implement a digital lead generation strategy to attract potential system integrators, electrical contractors and hvac contractors.
- Increase brand awareness throughout North America, especially with installers, builders, developers and remodelers.
- Prioritize both domestic and international marketing campaigns and allocate resources accordingly.
- Monitor and continuously improve all marketing campaigns.
- Provide communication guidance and marketing material to support the efforts of the sales team.
- Comply with Loxone’s business model including the partner program, discount & pricing policies, IT infrastructure, product catalog and overall strategy. Key Requirements
- A profound understanding of utilizing online marketing techniques and tools
- Proven work experience in a senior marketing role
- Knowledge of SEO, web analytics and paid advertising
- Fantastic communication skills: in person and written
- Real determination to work hard and succeed
