ppWe are looking for a passionate, service-driven, and highly motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and coordinating the restaurant team in alignment with Reschio's philosophy, service standards and operational procedures. The ideal candidate combines leadership skills with a hands‑on approach to service and plays an essential role in fostering a harmonious, collaborative, and high‑performing work environment. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liLead by example through active involvement in daily lunch and dinner service, maintaining a hands‑on and proactive presence on the floor. /li liEnsure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience that consistently exceeds expectations, supporting the management of VIP guests and special requests in coordination with the Restaurant Manager. /li liSupervise, support, motivate and train the restaurant team, assisting the Restaurant Manager with staff scheduling, onboarding of new team members, and ongoing performance feedback. /li liAct as a point of reference for the team during service, ensuring continuity of leadership and decision‑making in the Restaurant Manager's absence. /li liCoordinate smooth communication and collaboration between restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams, in line with Reschio procedures. /li liHandle guest feedback, requests, and special requirements with professionalism, discretion, and care,
reporting recurring issues or improvement opportunities to the Restaurant Manager. /li liOversee the organization and cleanliness of restaurant, café, storage, and back‑office areas, ensuring all materials and menus are impeccably maintained. /li liEnsure accurate and detailed shift handovers to guarantee operational continuity and service excellence. /li liBuild and maintain professional, respectful, and ethical relationships with guests, colleagues, and suppliers. /li liEnsure full compliance with HACCP regulations and the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. /li /ul h3Skills and competencies required /h3 ul liAt least 4 years previous experience in the same role in a luxury and structured environment. /li liExcellent communication skills and active listening. /li liStrong ability to motivate and guide the team in a positive and collaborative manner. /li liExcellent guest services and interpersonal skills. /li liProblem solving and analytical thinking. /li liBe a team player with a hands‑on approach. /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li liBe confident in the daily use of IT software and programme PMS. /li /ul h3Compensation Pay Transparency /h3 pEmployment Type: Seasonal employment (CCNL Turismo – Level 2). /p pSalary Range: €35,000– €38,000. /p pThe advertised salary range reflects Reschio's assessment of the expected remuneration for this position.
