Desktop Support Engineer (L1) | On-Demand Dispatch Engineer | Venice, Italy | Freelance / B2B Contract brLocation : Venice (Onsite)brEmployment Type: Freelance / B2B Contract brEngagement: On-Demand Dispatch | Ticket-Based Work brWe are looking for experienced Desktop Support Engineers (L1) to join our on-demand dispatch network. Engineers will be assigned onsite support requests based on customer tickets and project requirements to provide hands-on technical assistance in enterprise environments. brProvide onsite desktop and deskside support for hardware, software, and network-related issues brInstall, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices brSupport Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and basic networking brManage Active Directory user accounts, password resets, and group memberships brSupport Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM for device imaging, software deployment,



and endpoint management brUpdate service tickets and documentation while adhering to SLA and ITIL processes br3+ years of experience in Desktop Support, EUC, or IT Support brHands-on experience with Active Directory brExperience with Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM brExperience supporting BitLocker encryption and recovery brStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365brBasic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills brExcellent communication and customer service skills brAbility to travel to customer sites and respond to dispatch requests brOwn laptop and standard IT toolkit preferred brHourly Rate: €30 /hour brHalf-Day (up to 4 hours): €90 brFull-Day (up to 8 hours): €140 brxrdbqlu Engineers are engaged on a ticket-by-ticket basis depending on customer requirements.
