ppThe Quality Plant Manager will oversee quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards within the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role is based in Avellino and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in quality management. /p h3Dettagli sul cliente /h3 pWe are partnering with an international industrial company to recruit a Quality Plant Manager to lead and develop the Quality function within a manufacturing environment. /p h3Descrizione /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement the Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 and business objectives /li liEnsure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all functions /li liLead internal and external audit activities, managing relationships with certification bodies /li liMonitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives /li liOversee non-conformities, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions /li liManage supplier quality, including evaluation, qualification, and audits /li liEnsure control of processes, documentation,



and product quality from incoming materials to final release /li liPromote data-driven decision-making through the use of statistical tools /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and technical teams /li liEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards /li liLead, coach, and develop the Quality team /li /ul h3Profilo del Candidato /h3 pA successful Quality Plant Manager should have: /p ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience /li liSignificant experience in Quality roles within manufacturing/industrial environments /li liStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems /li liExperience in leading audits and managing certification processes /li liSolid understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies /li liProven leadership and team management skills /li liStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liFamiliarity with statistical tools and quality methodologies /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
