The aim of the position is to ensures the correct booking of suppliers invoices and the correct fulfilment of administrative operations related to imports.
- The resource is responsible for preparing, recording and verifying accounting documents in compliance with statutory and tax rules




- Responsible for the timely management and updating of the Vendor Master Data in SAP
- Prepares and books accruals for the financial statements and monthly reporting in SAP
- Support the purchasing teams for all administrative aspect related to the suppliers management
- Guarantee the administrative tasks of intra-group import operations in direct link with the Logistics department and providing all the requirement for custom clearance obligations **Requisiti**: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance roles in structured companies with international presence
- Proficiency in financial planning softwares (SAP), data analysis, and advanced Excel skills
