As a Sommelier at Zuma, you’ll pair exceptional wines and sakes with unforgettable moments, ensuring smooth service, maximizing sales, and delivering top-tier customer satisfaction. This role will be based in Zuma Rome. Located in the iconic Palazzo Fendi, with a stunning restaurant and beautiful roof terrace overlooking the “eternal city”, this restaurant is an essential experience in Rome. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless and efficient wine service daily
- Use your in-depth knowledge of wine,sake, beverages, and food pairings to enhance guest experiences and drive sales
- Manage wine stock levels and oversee ordering procedures with accuracy and care
- Monitor and maintain wine and sake service equipment, addressing any needs with management
- Build relationships with regular guests and high-value customers,

- Handle guest feedback professionally, keeping senior management informed of key updates **What We Look For**
