CSA SupervisorMilan, Italy (On-site)10/4 rotation, all travel and accommodation providedAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join a major data centre project in Dublin.The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage CSA work packages across civils, fit-out, roofing and claddingOversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activitiesCoordinate with Project Managers, Planners,



Consulting Engineers and ArchitectsMonitor site progress against programme and manpower requirementsLead site safety management in conjunction with the project safety teamSupport QA processes and ensure project documentation is maintainedReview construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildabilityManage CSA snag lists, punch lists and close-out activitiesAttend site meetings, planning meetings, coordination meetings and handover meetingsSupport change management, including cost and programme impactRequirements7+ years’ relevant construction experiencePrevious experience delivering large-scale CSA projectsExperience managing civils, fit-out, roofing and cladding packagesAbility to manage CSA teams and subcontractorsStrong communication, leadership and problem-solving skillsDegree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred but not essentialApplyTo apply or find out more, please submit your CV to this advert
