pAn established Italian industrial organisation with a strong presence across national and international markets is looking for an strongAccounting Supervisor /strong to join its Finance function. /ppReporting to the Head of Finance, the role will take responsibility for the administrative, accounting and statutory activities of a key group entity, while coordinating a small finance team. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliSupervise and coordinate accounting and administrative activities /liliManage general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed assets /liliCoordinate monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes /liliPrepare statutory financial statements in accordance with Italian accounting principles /liliManage routine tax and regulatory compliance activities /liliCoordinate external audits and relationships with advisors,



auditors and other external stakeholders /liliMonitor compliance with accounting and administrative procedures /liliSupport the Head of Finance with financial reporting and analysis /liliLead, develop and coordinate the accounting and administration team /li /ulpIdeal Background /pulliSolid experience in accounting, administration and financial reporting /liliStrong knowledge of Italian accounting, tax and statutory regulations /liliProven experience preparing statutory financial statements under Italian accounting principles /liliGood knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools /liliGood English skills are an advantage /liliStrong attention to detail, reliability and organisational skills /liliAbility to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
