Job Overview

The Digital team will play a key role in the bank’s transformation strategy by redesigning, automating, and digitalizing processes with an end‑to‑end view. Its mission is to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve customer and employee experience. This team contributes to making operations more scalable, resilient, and focused on high‑value activities.

Qualifications

-

- Location: Malaga, Spain

- Relocation: Mandatory

- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, PowerShell

- Overall minimum 3 years’ experience in IT development in general

- Microsoft technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SharePoint, Dataverse

- Database technologies: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Oracle

- Repository tools: GitLab, GitHub

- Programming languages: Python, PySpark, Scala, PowerShell

- Other tools: Micro Strategy, Control‑M, Kafka

- Knowledge of revision and supervision of data and processes





- Teamwork with agile methodologies

- Good communication skills with different stakeholders

- English level C1; Spanish will be a plus

- Agile tools: Jira and Confluence

Education

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, certificate of higher education, vocational education and training with technical certification
