We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Logistics and Inventory Coordinator to join our UniQue team in Naples, Italy! **What will you be doing in this role**: - Works with Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) basic processes and operations.
- Maintains item and inventory management records.
- Helps minimize bottlenecks and delays and the resulting impact on operating costs.
- Uses real-time inventory software, with guidance, to move supplies where needed, when needed.
- Assists in resolving issues related to physical space management.
- Performs the receiving, ticketing, checking in and distributing of inventory items for a specific location.
- Produces basic inventory management reports for senior staff to reconcile the inventory balances.
- Tracks inventory information for a specific product group or location.
- Works with basic tasks of inventory management for a specific location.
- Follows processes to take stock, release inventory or return into processing; resolves discrepancies.
- Uses tools, with guidance, to forecast delivery times, determine costs and assess performance.
- Works with logistics in a domestic environment.
- Maintains records of all shipments and invoices using an established system.
- Assists in the development of process flows to track lead time by activity.
- Participates in integrating logistics processes and developing effective networks.
- Recognizes software systems or components used to manage supply chain.
- Participates in supply chain analysis and uses it to spot trends and improvement opportunities.




- Discusses considerations for integrating partner and supplier transactions.
- Summarizes supply chain considerations for different types of products.
- Works with a specific part of supply chain management process.
- Analyzes and documents key performance indicators of warehouse management in own area **Requirements**:
**What do you need to succeed in this position?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain operations, or asset management.
- Experience working with ICT/non-ICT equipment requisitioning, storage, and distribution is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and asset tracking tools.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles, including warehouse management, procurement, and distribution.
- Experience with annual inventory inspections and discrepancy investigations.
- Proficiency in using enterprise asset management (EAM) systems and ERP software.
- Understanding of data reporting and analysis for asset management reports.
- Good knowledge of English
- Experience working with ICT/non-ICT equipment requisitioning, storage, and distribution is a plus.
