Key Responsibilities: - Engaging in employer branding activities (Job Fairs, Career Days);
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees;
- Assisting in HR processes such as Performance Management and Talent Review;
- Contributing to the development and implementation of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives;
- Overseeing and coordinating training programs;
- Assisting in the planning and execution of corporate events, with a particular focus on sustainability initiatives;




- Ensuring business processes comply with local and national regulations. **Requirements**: - Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level);
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Law, Foreign Languages and Literature, or Business Administration;
- Residence in Brescello or nearby areas, or the ability to commute reliably **What We Offer**: - A **6-month** **internship**with hands-on HR experience;
- Monthly allowance;
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00-12:00 / 13:00-17:00, with flexible start and end times (±30 minutes). Contratto di lavoro: Tempo completo Retribuzione: €700,00 al mese Disponibilità: - Dal lunedì al venerdì
